The staff was exceptional! They made everything better. From reception to the waitresses, to the cleaning staff and security. The pool view was breathtaking. Food at the pool restaurant was good. They accommodated all our inquiries and requests from island hopping tours to massages and everything from in between. We could leave our bags after checking out and they kept it safe. I cannot stress enough how amazing the entire staff was. They are genuinely kind and helpful and go beyond to make your stay memorable.

Can’t say enough about the friendliness of staff. And this was everywhere! Even the maintenance staff, the drivers, security. Also, very accommodating. The fresh fruit smoothies and juices were great also.

We booked the Premier Suite. The room was amazing, very spacious and luxurious and had a wonderfull view of the sunset. The room was very clean, all the 'tech' in the room worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable! The rooftop pool is amazing, even better sunset view from there.
